What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please drop us an email at enquiries@easydays.studio and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. We say to allow 2 weeks for delivery but often its much quicker.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
Please note: we have no control over any delays caused by Customs, should delays arise due to this, we are not responsible.
